Returns/Exchanges

All exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. 

We do not offer refunds, but we do offer exchanges or give a store credit that has not expiration date should you not find an item to exchange.  

Refunds are only issued with the exception that when the product was ordered it was out of stock or if the product is defected and we didn't notice or if the product you received is the wrong item and it's our error.

To exchange an item, the buyer must return the item in it's original packaging, with it's original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. We have the right to refuse any request for exchange if it does not comply with our exchange policy.

Buyers are responsible for all costs associated to shipping for returned and exchanged items

We are not liable for any lost, damaged or stolen packages during transit
